As
Operations Manager in a premier cardiology practice, Mary Beth
directed the expansion of a support staff for six physicians for
two locations to a support staff for 15 physicians for five locations
and outreach programs. She designed and implemented policies,
procedures, and job descriptions for 50 clinical, clerical and
technical support staff. In addition, Mary Beth conducted the
interviewing, training, and supervision of these employees.

Leslie
Tomasi joined the M.E.D. team with more than 18 years
of experience in healthcare and human resources. Prior to joining
M.E.D., Leslie was the Staffing Services Manager for a large healthcare
system. She was responsible for the development and marketing
of staffing service, employment recruitment, retention, orientation,
and motivation of more than 50 staff members. Her experience also
includes managing a busy genetics and perinatology practice in
the St. Louis area.
Leslie's
first-hand experience and knowledge in the medical field make
her effective in understanding the needs of clients. She prides
herself on working to solidify relationships built on trust and
strives for positive results.
Karin
Crowder,
Recruiting Specialist for MED, knew early on in her employment
that she was hooked on the medical field. While attending Drury
University, Karin worked for the Cox Hospital system in Springfield,
Missouri, as a dietetic assistant. It was there that Karin developed
her interest in helping others through education and service.
She completed her degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a
Minor in Psychology.
Karin expanded
her knowledge in healthcare as a Client Service Representative
for a large multi-speciality clinic. In this role, Karin learned
the importance of developing and maintaining relationships while
serving patients.
Karin brings
an invaluable set of skills from both the hospital and physician
office settings. Her enthusiastic approach to helping candidates
and clients find that perfect fit is her number one goal. When

Tara
Overschmidt, administrative
assistant, comes to MED with a career history rich in quality
customer service and client satisfaction. She is no stranger to
a fast-paced work environment and is able to adapt with whatever

Tara completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Truman University
with an emphasis in Marketing and Management. Her work experience
in marketing and sales aids the MED team well with her great flair
for creativity and talent for organization. Tara has quickly caught
on to the type of applicants our clients are looking for and is
ready to assist in the process needed to make a good fit.

Wesling, Recruiting
Specialist. When

For the past 10+ years, Kati has worked for a pediatric nursing
agency. From billing clerk, to billing manager, and then Director
of Operations, Kati knows how to juggle priorities and take care
of the clients. Kati is a "go to person" and enjoys
the fast-paced environment of servicing the clients and finding
the right employees for the job. Whether she is directing 300
