Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Orthopedics
One of the area’s premier orthopedic groups is in need of a full time Adult Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. All candidates must have a minimum 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant or 1 year experience as a NP or PA in Orthopedics, a current active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner Certificate for Missouri, and certified PA through NCCPA
The other requirements include strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high ethical standards. Will need to work well with all members of the patient care team and be a self-motivated and directed member of this practice. Experience with an EMR tool is most helpful.
Will be expected to work collaboratively with Physician in a variety of general orthopedic settings, assist in clinic, operating room, and follow -up rounds. The call schedule consists of approximately 1 in 6.
